Here's how much food and drink will cost at this years TRNSMT festival

FOOD and drink prices for this year’s TRNSMT festival have been revealed.

Music fans heading to the Glasgow Green event next weekend can access costs via the official TRNSMT app, which has now gone live.

With more than 60 food vendors confirmed for the event, revellers will be able to choose from a wide range of grub.

For classic meals such as pizzas and chips, festival goers are looking at prices of £12-£14 per pizza and £5-£10 for chips (depending on toppings).

(Image: TRNSMT) A portion of fish and chips could set you back anywhere between £12 - £16 meanwhile burgers are sitting at £9-10.

With plenty of cuisines on offer including Greek, Chinese, Indian, Lebanese, and Italian there are also various other dishes to try.

For a bowl of noodles attendees can expect to pay anywhere between £7-£13 while Greek Gyro wraps cost around £14.

The plant-based chef will also be setting up at the event with prices starting at just £2.50 for smashed grilled potatoes and a vegetarian haggis burger coming in at £10.

Prices for alcoholic beverages are not yet available on the app.

However, the price of a can of juice is around £2.50-£3.
