The Los Angeles Rams began the draft with a pick at No. 36 and wrapped things up with the final selection at No. 259, selecting 2023’s edition of Mr. Irrelevant. In total, they drafted 14 players, the biggest class of the Sean McVay tenure.
They needed help at just about every position and they managed to fill most of their holes, particularly improving the pass rush and defensive line. They added three edge rushers, two defensive linemen, a cornerback, safety, wide receiver and even a punter.
They also added Matthew Stafford’s backup in the fourth round by selecting Stetson Bennett, a fellow Georgia alum.
