I can’t believe we have a headline like that above, but here we are.
Just hours after the world’s best golfer, Scottie Scheffler, was detained, handcuffed, arrested and booked after an incident outside Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville on Friday morning, he was released from jail … and walked into the course hosting the 2024 PGA Championship hours later.
You want to talk about how surreal all that is? Absolutely. It’s surreal. And as of writing it, it appears as if he’s going to play in the second round of the tournament.
