New Genshin Impact 4 star Rosaria debuts tomorrow alongside the return of Childe in his 5 star re-reun banner. The ice polearm nun is already a fan favorite, and if you’re trying to pull her, you might as well make sure you have the materials to level her once you get her. Not much time to prepare now, but you can take stock of what you already have at least.
To level Rosaria to 90 you will need:
- 1x Jade Sliver (found from Cryo Regisvine)
- 9x Jade Fragments
- 9x Jade Chunks
- 6x Jade Gemstone
- 18x Recruit’s Insignias (found from Fatui)
- 30x Sergeant’s Insignias
- 36x Lieutenant’s Insignias
- 168x Valberries (found in the north of Mondstadt)
- 420,000 Mora.
To max Rosaria’s talents you will need:
- 9x Teachings of Ballad (found in Realm of Slumber)
- 63x Guide to Ballad
- 114x Philosophies of Ballad
- 18x Recruit’s Insignias (found from Fatui)
- 66x Sergeant’s Insignias
- 93x Lieutenant’s Insignias
- 18x Shadow of the Warrior (found from Childe boss)
- 3x Crown of Insight (limited time event item)
- 4,950,000 Mora
And of course, you will need the weapon and artifact set of your choice, plus all it takes to level those. But that depends on what you’re going for. Farming an cryo Blizzard Strayer artifact set for her would be found in the Dragonspine domain, for instance.
We have no idea how powerful Rosaria will be in the end, but generally speaking, MiHoYo tends to make 4 stars less powerful than 5 stars, even if you max them out. Diona and Xinyan, the last two 4 star additions, can be solid, but they haven’t made the impact we’ve seen from the 5 stars that have debuted over time, the likes of Zhongli, Ganyu, Childe, Albedo, Klee, Xiao and now Hu Tao.
Rosaria will be live tonight over in Asia, and she should be live with the Childe banner some time later tomorrow afternoon here in the US. I have been taking a break from Genshin for a bit in favor of Outriders, but I’m going to come back to pull her with saved Primogems and maybe try to get C1 on my Childe at the same time.
