A whole bunch of stuff leaked alongside the newly released v5.30 patch in Fortnite: Battle Royale.
So far we have:
- Leaked skins.
- A leaked starter pack.
- And now, a bunch of leaked weapons.
Dataminers have found the following weapons in the recent patch, and we can expect these to release in the coming weeks as Season 5 begins its final stretch.
Suppressed Assault Rifle
This one’s pretty self-explanatory. A suppressed version of your basic Assault Rifle. Note: this is a burst variant. The description found in the files reads:
“Assault Weapon: Burst. An assault rifle that fires tight bursts that allow for precise targeting in mobile mid-range engagements. Deals good damage, but consumes its magazine very quickly.”
Quad-Launcher
There’s already a Quad-Launcher in Save The World, but now there are files for the weapon in Battle Royale as well. As you might expect, it’s a rocket launcher that fires four rockets. Which sounds kind of over-powered by default. The description reads:
“Explosive Weapon: Fires long-range rockets that damage enemies in an area.”
Flamethrower
According to @FNBRLeaks this gun is considered an LMG and uses medium bullets, which is weird. That could still change. Also the above image is from Team Fortress 2, not Fortnite. So far no leaked images have been found. A flamethrower sounds like a pretty devastating near-range addition to the game.
Shockwave Grenade
The Legendary/Epic variant to the Impulse Grenade, this one will almost certainly pack an electrical punch, though we know nothing about it beyond its name and what it looks like.
