After several delays due to the fires in Los Angeles, the 2025 Critics Choice Awards finally took place this evening. It's usually not considered one of the larger award shows, which is probably why they squeezed it into a Friday night on the E! network, but there was actually some real star power. We're talking Angelina Jolie, Nicole Kidman, Demi Moore, Ariana Grande, Zoe Saldaña, Lupita Nyong'o and many more. That naturally translates into some truly outstanding 2025 Critics Choice Awards red carpet looks.

Some stars took big fashion risks. Like Kidman suiting up for the annual ceremony. Suits on the red carpet is a big trend lately. See Ayo Edebiri's outfit at the 2025 Golden Globe Awards. Kidman's is comprised of high-waisted, pleated pants, a slightly outsize blazer with scrunched sleeves, a classic button-down and a patterned tie. Grande's Christian Dior dress features a caged skirt accented with plenty of fringe. Moore's black and navy Schiaparelli dress boasts a statement-making neckline and a peekaboo skirt. Nyong'o's colorful floral lace minidress is enhanced by a sheer black overlay. Joey King's Miu Miu look may not score high with some people, but we appreciate the actress taking on the coquette-esque vibe. Outlander's Caitriona Balfe's dress includes a grommet-accented neckline and a hovering belt.

Many attendees serve as brand ambassadors so it isn't exactly surprising to see who they're wearing. Margaret Qualley is outfitted in another ethereal Chanel creation. Michelle Yeoh is back in Balenciaga after appearing in a couple of the fashion house's advertising campaigns. Although it's a bit surprising that Cynthia Erivo isn't decked out in a custom Louis Vuitton number. Instead, the Wicked actress and singer rocked a sleek Armani Privè gown with a plunging neckline and a once-again-becoming-ubiquitous peplum.

The beauty is pretty on point, too. Keri Russell tops off her chic Chanel look with a perfect low knot created by celebrity hairstylist Brian Magallones. Before blowdrying her locks, Magallones sprayed on milk_shake incredible milk leave in treatment. Two drops of milk_shake incredible serum was run through Russell's hair to keep frizz at bay while adding shine. While blowdrying, Magallones misted each section with milk_shake lifestyling flexible hold hairspray. Her hair was then curled using a large-barrel curling iron while being misted with milk_shake lifestyling flexible hold hairspray along the way. Then milk_shake lifestyling dry shampoo was introduced for some texture. He then finger combed her hair back, secured it into a low ponytail, then applied some milk_shake lifestyling smoothing cream to smooth things out before forming the bun by twisting the hair around the base and pinning it. Finally, both milk_shake lifestyling extra strong hairspray and milk_shake incredible oil were employed to set the look and ensure it shined all night long.
