Countryfile presenter Helen Skelton looked radiant in a new social media post amid her divorce.
Helen, who lives in Leeds, announced her split from her husband Richie Myler last month, with whom she shares three kids.
In a new Instagram post, Helen sported radiant but natural looking make-up as she said “I need a bit of headspace.”

As she promoted a campaign for Blacks, an outdoor retailer she said: “I am the kind of person who's just happier outdoors than I am inside. I need a bit of fresh air, I need a bit of green space, I need a bit of headspace.”
“Spending time outdoors, I eat better, I sleep better, I feel better,” she added.
The presenter was spotted last week celebrating Steph McGovern 40th birthday with a number of celebs.
In the pictures, Helen appeared to be in high spirits as she partied the night away wearing a white top paired with low rise skinny black jeans.
Meanwhile, Richie has reportedly been seen with marketing executive Stephanie Thirkill, who happens to be the daughter of the President of Richie's club, Leeds Rhinos.
