Helen Skelton has given parents a major holiday tip after sharing some adorable photos with her children.
Helen Skelton, 39, a mother-of-three, has posted photos from her exotic trip to the Canaries with her children. Helen, who dazzled on the last series of Strictly Come Dancing, has enjoyed some time away with Ernie, seven, Louis, five, and 14-month-old Elsie Kate.
On Instagram, she posted some snaps with her family and also shared some words of advice for parents. Helen said: “Never understood why people kept going back to the same place on holidays then I had children and I got it.

“We know where the park, the good pasta and the best beach is.” The post was accompanied by a heart emoji.
Many of Helen’s followers commented to say they agreed with The Countryfile presenter. Martomartine said: “It’s essential with little ones and I also know. My three are grown now, almost all adults, they form firmer memories of holidays if you go to the same place, they become very special places.”
Scruffyupholstery added: “We've been going to Dorset for years as a family for the same reasons. It is like a second home, so many happy memories.” We also saw orjenise post: “Less to think about. A no brainer holiday is just less admin all round every now and again.”
