Helen Skelton has shared an uplifting International Women's Day post as she paid tribute to her daughter, Elsie.
The Strictly Come Dancing star, 39, shared a photo of the toddler, 14 months and her brother Louis, five, surrounded by play apparatus at a leisure centre.
Helen captioned the snap: "On International Women's Day seems only right to acknowledge the one year old (14 months) who is so blinking brave she joins the big kids at the circus...oh little lady can't wait to see you take on the world.
"Here's to the daughters we are blessed with and the big brothers who stand by them #womensday."
Helen shares Elsie, Louis and Ernie, seven, with her ex Richie Myler.
The former couple separated shortly after Elsie was born before the rugby player announced he was in a relationship with Stephanie Thirkill.
Richie recently shared a photo of his girlfriend - who is the daughter of Leeds Rhinos president Andrew Thirkill.
The photo, which he posted on Instagram - showcased Stephanie's baby bump as the couple are expecting their first child together.
Helen, meanwhile, shared her own post in which she could be seen enjoying a country walk with Elsie.
The Countryfile presenter accompanied the footage with the song Lovely Day, by Bill Withers, which provided the perfect accompaniment to the stunning scenery.
The Strictly finalist later shared a photo from her walk, which showed a flock of sheep frolicking in the fields.
The much-loved presenter is enjoying some down time after having a ball on the Strictly tour after making it to the final of the series last year with Gorka Marquez.
Helen was paired with Kai Widdrington on the tour, but rumours are rife she "bonded" with pro dancer Vito Coppola after spending time together on the show's bus.
The mum-of-three has been single since splitting from Richie just months before the 2022 Strictly season kicked off.
But her link with the Italian hunk– who also made the final with singer-songwriter Fleur East – is said to have caught the attention of fellow stars behind the scenes.
A source: “Helen and Vito were good friends during Strictly, but really bonded on tour.
“There were two buses for the cast – the party bus and the quiet bus.
“They spent a lot of time chatting on the quiet bus and getting to know each other. They have a lot in common – a love of the outdoors, for example."
