Helen Skelton has shared a sweet throwback picture of her youngest child, daughter Elsie, following some time away.
The Countryfile star posted a black and white photograph of her and Elsie alongside the words "this time last year" to her Instagram stories. In the picture, a content Helen can be seen giving Elsie a gentle kiss on the cheek while the baby girl appears to squeal in delight.
Elsie, the youngest of Helen's three children, was born in December 2021, just a few months before the Strictly star announced she and her husband, Leeds Rhinos star Richie Myler, had split. Since then, Helen and her kids moved from Leeds back to her native Cumbria to be closer to her family.

At the time, Helen wrote on Instagram: "Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple. He has left the family home. We will do our best to co-parent our small children."
Richie announced his relationship with Stephanie - daughter of Rhinos owner, Andrew Thirkill, a short time later. The couple is currently expecting their first child together.
The former Blue Peter presenter has been busy with various TV projects over the last few months and narrowly missed out on winning the latest series of BBC's Strictly Come Dancing with dance partner Gorka Márquez. Until February 12, Helen also toured the country with her co-stars as part of the Strictly Come Dancing live tour.
The 39-year-old has also enjoyed some much needed time off with her family over half term. Helen and kids Elsie, Ernie, seven and Louis, five, spent the past week on Lanzarote.
Helen also announced her first public appearance following her holiday on Instagram today, February 28. On Saturday, March 4, she will be cutting the ribbon to the new Go Outdoors store in Throstle Street, Blackburn.
