Helen Skelton has issued a heartfelt thanks to the people who have made her feel "fab" over the last few months after announcing the end of her marriage in 2022.
The Countryfile presenter and Blue Peter star shared the news with fans in April, saying she and husband Richie Myler, 32, would be going their separate ways. Following the split, the mum-of-three moved from Leeds back to her native Cumbria to be closer to her family.
Leeds Rhinos player Richie soon went public with his new relationship and said he was now dating Stephanie Thirkill, the daughter of Leeds Rhinos president Andrew Thirkill. In October, the couple announced they were expecting their first child together.

Many of Helen's fans have been sympathetically following her rollercoaster year, sending messages of support and praise during her impressive time on BBC's Strictly Come Dancing. Helen has previously thanked her fans and has now also taken the time to voice her gratitude for all the help she has received professionally throughout the year.
Taking to Instagram, she wrote: " Appreciation post….. I have never been good at taking proper Insta pics, I am however INSANELY grateful for the clothes, hair and make up that have made me feel fab over the last few months so wanted to shout out some generous brands and talented ladies.
"Training, travelling, telly and moving have meant I’ve relied on lovely loans from some very kind companies and busy wardrobe departments supplying me with endless pants, last minute outfits and skilled make up artists hiding eye bags as big as a continent."
She then tagged a number of brands and make up artists, adding: "Yes that’s a lot of tags but when I do these fun things I am merely one cog in a BIG wheel xxx."
