Helen Skelton has taken over BBC5Live's Sunday morning radio show from Love Island's Laura Whitmore.
The show opened with Helen saying how "exciting" the new show was. It combines entertainment and sporting news before the afternoon football coverage.
This week, she was also joined by Marvyn Harrison, founder of Dope Black Dads and talked about his group and the work they do, as well as the upcoming London derby. Then the show moved on to talking about the 'Hero of the Week'.

They discussed Serena Williams, who recently said she was "evolving away" from tennis and they also discussed Ozzy Osbourne who closed the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham as well as the success of the England women's hockey team who won their first Commonwealth Gold. Maddie Hinch, the hockey team goalkeeper, came on the show to talk about the future of women's sport.
Leeds United's defender Luke Ayling was also one of the heroes after becoming the first current Premier League player to attend a Pride parade and Steven Wignall, chair of Marching Out Together, came on the show to discuss it.
Helen also talked about her upcoming appearance on the next season of Strictly Come Dancing with Ore Oduba, who won the show in 2016, coming on the show to give her tips and advice. He said she needed to let herself become part of the "Strictly circus" and talked about how "incredible" the show is.
Ricky Hatton, who is getting back in the boxing ring at 43 after a decade to fight Marco Antonio Barrera, was also a guest and discussed his comeback with Helen. He discussed the lifestyle changes which came with being older, such as trying to keep fit instead of allowing himself to put on weight and wanting to shed the 'Ricky Fatton' nickname.
He said he wanted to inspire people and talked about how he had turned his life around from being suicidal a decade ago to be in a position where he can fight in an exhibition match. He talked about his incredible fans and fights with legends like Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao.
Ricky went into detail on his struggles with addiction and how he was much happier now. He also talked about how he wanted to be an 'ambassador for mental health' in showing how you can turn your life around.
Listeners responded well to the interview, with some calling it "authentic" and "inspirational. Ian Robbins wrote: "@HelenSkelton love the new show! That interview with Ricky Hatton was tremendous, what a guy he is on all levels, genuinely inspirational."
Afterwards, Eddie Hearne came on the show to promote the Anthony Joshua fight against Oleksandr Usyk to reclaim the world heavyweight title. He also hinted at a potential Anthony Joshua fight against Tyson Fury.
