Countryfile presenter Helen Skelton has shared an adorable snap of two of her children following her Strictly Come Dancing debut.
The mum-of-three and professional dance partner Gorka Márquez wowed judges with the American Smooth and were placed 6th on the leaderboard with a respectable score of 26 on Saturday. Yesterday evening, she posted a snap of her sons being "besties" just hours after her estranged husband Richie Myler, 32, referred to his new girlfriend as "family".
Rugby star Richie, who is now dating Stephanie Thirkill, the daughter of Leeds Rhinos president Andrew Thirkill, posted on his Instagram stories while Helen was competing on the BBC show. Alongside the photograph in which Richie is pictured with Stephanie, 32, he wrote: "Finished this season as a family [love heart emoji]."

Richie and Helen announced the end of their eight-year marriage in April, just four months after the birth of their third child. Helen shared the sad news with a brief statement on her Instagram stories.
She wrote at the time: "Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple. He has left the family home.
"We will be doing our best to co-parent out small children." followed by two broken heart emojis.
Alongside their newborn daughter Elsie Kate, the former couple also share sons, Ernie, six, and Louis, four. At the weekend, Helen managed to capture their precious family time in a sweet snap which she later shared with fans, the Mirror reports.
In the picture, her two boys can be seen embracing as they play with their toys. The former Blue Peter presenter posted the image on her Instagram stories and wrote: "Besties."
She also paid tribute to her family at the weekend following her first Strictly live show. She told her Instagram followers: "Grateful [..] to all the families holding down the fort behind the scenes…. We are grateful.
"Pretty sure I will owe my parents Christmas in the Caribbean by the time this is over."
It comes after Helen confessed that she broke down in tears and fled through a fire escape ahead of her first Strictly performance. While the 39-year-old said that she is “really enjoying” the experience, she confessed she got incredibly nervous before her dancing debut.
