The Countryfile presenter’s post also comes a day after reports that her Leeds Rhinos rugby league player ex has begun a relationship with another woman.
Skelton, 38, appeared without her wedding ring in a paid social media post promoting Smart Meters shared to Instagram Stories on Tuesday.
The star’s ring-free finger could be clearly seen as she sipped on a cup of tea and spoke about the importance of saving energy.
Skelton married Myler in 2013 after meeting two years earlier.
Their split comes just four months after they welcomed their third child together.
In addition to four-month-old Elsie, they are also parents to Ernie, six, and Louis, five.
Skelton shared the heartbreaking news to fans on social media.
She wrote: “Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple. He has left the family home. We will be doing our best to co-parent our small children.”
