Strictly's Helen Skelton was left feeling really emotional" as she sat down with BBC Morning Live co-host Gethin Jones to interview The One Show star Alex Jones.
Alex appeared on the breakfast programme being hosted by Helen this week to discuss her new series The Reunion Hotel.
The programme, which debuted earlier this month and is broadcast on Thursday nights, sees people reunited with those from their past.
Emotional stories have been told including giving thanks to life-saving heroes, romantic reunions, and emotional returns home.

Appearing on BBC Morning Live, the trio watched a clip of the heartwarming moment a man finally met his daughter Ruth for the first time after decades of searching. When arriving at the hotel, Kwesi explained his daughter was born in Carmarthen when he was 25 but he had never met her.
"It's normal people telling extraordinary stories and sharing their stories with us," Alex Jones said. "Ruth and Kwesi who we saw there, father and daughter never met until that moment. And the fact we are watching that moment unfold is incredible."
She added: "It's all unfiltered, you see it as it happens and that's what I loved about the progamme, it is raw emotions and it's all about human connection."
Helen then asked: "You're a family person, you must get emotional. I mean I've got goosebumps, I was crying watching that, you must get very invested?"

"You know me, heart on my sleeve," Alex responded. "I saw you then Hels getting really emotional watching that clip and it is quite hard to keep your emotions in check because it is an emotional rollercoaster, it is very poignant."
She added: "All the reunions are beautiful, some though have got lots of humour in them." Later in the interview, The One Show host admitted The Reunion Hotel was her "favourite job" so far.
Saying it was lovely to be part of something so "joyful," Alex said: "I think it's my favourite job, it really is, because on The One Show we are so lucky, and of course, I adore The One Show, you're interviewing celebrities but these are extraordinary stories and people are trusting you with a monumental happening in their life."
The Reunion Hotel continues at 8pm on Thursday, April 27 on BBC One and iPlayer.
