Helen Skelton has shared snaps of herself enjoying a paddleboarding trip with her sons, amid the speculation that she could soon be about to take to the dancefloor on Strictly Come Dancing.
The presenter, 39, has been making the most of the recent sunshine with her children as the summer holidays come to a close, sharing updates of their activities on social media.
Helen shares her three children – Ernie, seven, Louis, five, and seven-month-old daughter Elsie – with her estranged husband Richie Myler, 32, who she split from earlier this year.
The Countryfile host has been spending time with her kids in Cumbria and has been sharing photos of the family embracing the summer weather on Instagram this week.
The latest showed Helen – best known for having presented Blue Peter – wearing a navy bikini and a pair of dark sunglasses as she soaked up the sunshine whilst on a lake.
She was seen sitting on a paddleboard alongside one of her sons with the picturesque backdrop of Ullswater in the Lake District behind them.
Helen wrote alongside the selfie: "Paddle to the pub. Our kind of night." The caption of the post, uploaded yesterday, including the hashtags #lakes #paddle and #summer.

She had teased that her family were paddleboarding earlier this week and also shared a photo recently of some of them in a pool, with Helen enjoying quality time with them.
The latest post has amassed more than 12,000 likes on the platform with a number of her followers taking to the comments section to respond to the selfie of Helen.
One person wrote: "Looking fantastic. Hope you're enjoying this gorgeous weather." Another said: "You look stunning." Whilst a third said that Helen was "living the dream."
Another responded by writing: "Enjoy yourselves. Looks absolutely heavenly bliss." Whilst a fifth commented: "That looks so lovely and relaxed. Great to see you happy."

The post comes amid speculation that Helen will be among the line-up on this year's Strictly Come Dancing, with her said to have signed-up for it following her marriage split.
Although her place on the show is yet to be confirmed, fans expressed excitement in the comments of her latest post. One person wrote: "All the best on Strictly, Helen. I'll be rooting for you."
