Helen Skelton collapsed after being put through her paces by Strictly Come Dancing's Gorka Marquez.
The mum-of-three, 39 and Spanish dance champ, 32, completed a sweat-soaked routine rehearsal ahead of their performance on tonight's show on BBC One.
Sharing a clip from the rehearsal studio, an exhausted-looking Gorka said: "And that's a wrap."
Turning the camera to Helen, who was lying on the floor, he said: "Are you alright?"
Barely lifting her head, the star managed to give a thumbs up, murmuring: "Good."
Gorka then teased: "You're going to crawl to your bed," to which Helen added: "To bed, I haven't seen one in a while."
After a high-energy debut, the class of Strictly 2022 has been pushing themselves to the limit - and Helen and Gorka are no exception.
Earlier in the week the Countryfile presenter revealed rehearsals with her pro partner had left her bloodied and bruised.
Helen took to Instagram to share a photo of her tired "trotters" following hours of practising the pair's relentless routine ahead of their second performance on Saturday night.
She captioned the post: “And the aim of the game is to be sexy... not with these trotters” followed by laughing face emojis and the hashtag #nopainnogain.
Despite the tough training regime, Helen said she is “loving every part of the journey”.
Posting a smiling selfie with Gorka, she: “Feet on fire and head exploding but loving every second of this journey.”
Helen added: “It’s been a big old week of training so far and still a lot to do... here’s to the feet and hips doing what the boss says #strictlycomedancing #strictly.”
Fans are already rooting for the pair to win, especially since the beauty's husband Richie Myler left her shortly after the birth of their third child earlier this year.
Some fans have even started a ‘petition ’ to crown the blonde bombshell the series' winner – claiming it’s the perfect revenge against her ex.
The seasoned presenter was married to the rugby player for eight years and they share baby daughter Elsie Kate and sons, Ernie, six, and Louis, four.
Following their shock split, Richie was papped with his new girlfriend Stephanie, who is the daughter of his rugby club's multi-millionaire president.
