Helen Skelton took herself for a stroll in the cold, crisp Spring sunshine, just days after her ex-husband Richie Myler's posted in a picture of his pregnant girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill. The Strictly Come Dancing star shared a video with her Instagram followers as she enjoyed the outdoors earlier.
The Countryfile presenter, 39, and Richie, 32, separated last year, with Helen going public about their split. The pair have three children together and Helen appeared to be pushing their youngest, Elsie, who's just one year old in a buggy whle out and about today.
She appeared to be upbeat in the clip though, as she took in the countryside, adding in the song Lovely Day, sung by the late singer Bill Withers to her video. The post comes just a day after Richie posted a black-and-white baby bump picture on social media.
Helen has reportedly grown close to Strictly pro Vito Coppola after "bonding" during the BBC hit show's live tour of the UK. It's even claimed the pair have been going on casual dates together.
Mum-of-three Helen has been single since her split from Richie, but it seems that could all be about to change. A source has told The Mirror: "Helen and Vito were good friends during Strictly, but really bonded on tour.
"There were two buses for the cast - the party bus and the quiet bus. They spent a lot of time chatting on the quiet bus and getting to know each other. They have a lot in common - a love of the outdoors, for example.
The source added: "Between shows they also spent time together one-on-one, like going for coffee, just the two of them. Then, if the whole group went for dinner, they would sit together, deep in conversation.
"If anyone pulled out a phone and started filming, Helen would move away from Vito. She didn’t want to be captured in the background."
