Helen Skelton overcame an awkward situation with class and professionalism as she presented Channel 4’s rugby league coverage.
Helen Skelton, 39, split from former husband Richie Myler, 32, last year. They tied the knot back in 2013 and the former couple share three children together.
They have sons Ernie and Louis and one-year-old daughter Elsie who was born in December 2021. On Saturday afternoon, Helen avoided a potentially awkward run-in with her ex presenting rugby league on Channel 4.

Helen fronted the broadcaster coverage’s Leeds Rhinos’ 32-22 win over Catalan Dragons in the Super League. Helen presented alongside comedian Adam Hills.
Countryfile star Helen shared the news of the split from the Leeds Rhinos player in a statement last year. She later went on to star in the 2022 series of Strictly Come Dancing.
While Richie is now dating his pregnant girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill, 32.
