Helen has been busy in recent months with her recent stint on Strictly Come Dancing.
She recently wowed fans across the country with her dance partner Kai Widdrington during the tour earlier this year.
Following the tour, she's been sharing footage of her family time with her children on social media.
She shares her children Ernie, Louis, and Elsie Kate with ex-partner Richie Myler - who is expecting a baby with his new girlfriend.
The former couple separated shortly after Elsie was born before the rugby player announced he was in a relationship with Stephanie Thirkill.
Richie recently shared a photo of his girlfriend - who is the daughter of Leeds Rhinos president Andrew Thirkill.
The photo, which he posted on Instagram - showcased Stephanie's baby bump as the couple are expecting their first child together.
Richie took to the application to post a black-and-white photo of himself and Stephanie. He accompanied the professional photo with a red heart emoji in the caption.
The couple were seen holding on to each other in the photo. Stephanie is seen with her hands on her partner's face, whilst Richie placed his hands on her waist.
The pair - who are both wearing white clothing in the photo - are seen beaming as they embrace, and rugby league player Richie appears to have his eyes closed in it.
Helen announced she had separated from Richie last year in a statement shared online.
"Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple," she wrote.
"He has left the family home. We will be doing our best to co-parent our small children."
