Helen Flanagan has reportedly signed up for Celebs Go Dating following her shock split from Scott Sinclair after their 13-year relationship.
The former Coronation Street actress, 32, who has been reinventing herself since the break-up, is said to have been at the very top of E4 bosses' list for the upcoming series of the hit reality TV show which is based on celebrities trying to find love with people who are not in the public eye.
Eager producers are hoping they can get Helen on board and convince her to sign on the dotted line amid rumours that she has been trying to find love again on exclusive dating app, Raya, in recent months.
"Helen is the perfect candidate for Celebs Go Dating and E4 is hoping that she will agree to take part when they approach her for the new series. She is a television pro thanks to her time on Corrie and is incredibly glamorous," an insider has revealed.
"She would be the star signing for the show and the production team have put her name at the top of their wish list as they think she would be a hit with viewers. Helen only split from Scott five months ago so it’s still very early days for her in terms of finding love."
The TV insider went on to tell The Sun that the producers think Helen may be open to 'dipping her toe back into the dating pool with the help of the the programme’s relationship experts Anna Williamson and Paul C Brunson'.
Last year, the Coronation Street star split from her long-term partner after a 13-year romance. The former couple share three children together; Delilah, Matilda and Charlie.
At the time, an insider claimed the couple 'hit a rough patch in the summer' and Helen told her loved ones that she was no longer with Scott.
Just a few short months later, it has since been reported that Helen, 32, is on the lookout for love and is said to have signed up to dating app Raya.
The actress is thought to have uploaded her dating profile last month after spending time in Paris with her family.
Helen reportedly lists her job as "actress and social media".

Speaking about Helen's profile, a source told the publication: "Helen has been feeling more and more positive about the future since the new year and feels ready to enjoy some nice dates and male company.
"She's feeling super-confident since her boob job and just thought why not?"
They added: "Dating doesn’t have to be serious — it’s not about finding a rebound relationship. Helen just wants to enjoy life again."

They started dating in 2009 before getting engaged in 2018.
They had been due to marry next year before calling time on their romance.
