Helen Flanagan will be back on screens on Monday, April 24 after joining the all-new I'm A Celebrity... South Africa series. The show is a special one-off that will see some of the most memorable campmates from I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! return.
Former Coronation Street star Helen will join boxing champion Amir Khan, Diversity dancer and DJ Jordan Banjo, TV presenter Carol Vorderman and Olympic athlete Fatima Whitbread during the launch show. As well as former royal butler Paul Burrell, ex-England cricketer Phil Tufnell, supermodel Janice Dickinson and music legend Shaun Ryder.
Helen, who appeared on I'm A Celebrity in 2012, famously freaked out doing seven Bushtucker Trials on the trot over a decade ago but now the actress is determined to face up to her fears and make her children proud. For more showbiz and television stories get our newsletter here.

She said of returning to the show: "It's going to be different. I was only 22 back then and I am 32 now. I have grown up a lot and I’ve had three children and I’ve gone through three labours! I won't not finish the trials because my mindset will be very different this time around."
She added: "When I went in the jungle the first time, I didn't prepare at all. I didn't have a clue what I had let myself in for and I cried even when my phone got taken off me after landing in Australia. I want to make my children proud when I take part this time."
Winning an all-star version, isn't something that is on Helen's agenda either. She explained: "I want to go back on I’m A Celebrity to be a better version of myself. I want to do a lot better than the first time around and I want to give the Trials ago. I want to make myself proud."
I'm A Celebrity...South Africa is a brand new show which sees the return of some of the most memorable campmates from I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! in the brand new setting of South Africa. There will be many more celebrities taking part in the series but viewers will have to watch to find out who they are and when they will enter camp.
The challenges are set to be bigger and tougher and the environment harsher and more unforgiving. With no public vote, they will be competing against each other in a battle to become the first ever 'I'm A Celebrity Legend'.
