Helen Flanagan has made an honest admission about suffering 'mum guilt' as she also shared a glimpse inside her isolation period for I'm A Celebrity... South Africa. The former Coronation Street star took part in a small Q&A with her followers on Instagram earlier this week.

One of the questions saw Bury-born Helen asked about her two-year-old son, Charlie, and whether the one-year-old has a bedtime routine. "Yes Charlie has an amazing routine," the 32-year-old replied. "He goes to bed really well for me and in his own cot."

She then shared: "I have help from a child minder who has become my friend. Sometime I feel guilty I get mum guilt a lot that I can't do every single thing but I try my best." It comes after Helen appeared emotional as she spoke directly to her fans and admitted she's 'really bad at being on her own'.
