Actress Helen Flanagan has revealed her son, Charlie, was taken to hospital after he ended up slipping "really badly", causing a nasty injury.
The star explained to fans that she had been enjoying a day out at a theme park on the day of the incident which saw the family sitting in the hospital for several hours as he was treated.
Helen, 32, took to her Instagram page to update her followers on what's been going on after admitting she had been "really quiet" on her platforms.
In view of her 1 million followers as she enjoyed a train ride, the former Coronation Street star shared the news about Charlie's injury and his current condition.
She said: "I went to CBeebies world, it's Delilah's favourite hotel she's obsessed with this hotel, the CBeebies hotel – she talks about it all the time.
"It's half-term so I thought I'd take her there and she literally had the best time, I took all three on my own and it was fine and loved it.
"My friend who helps me with the kids came to meet me during the day and then we went to the water park and to cut a long story short, Charlie slipped, really, really badly."
Helen added: "It was awful, absolutely horrendous and I had to get an ambulance and he had snapped his collarbone into two, it was horrendous.
"I spent like six hours in like the hospital in Stoke. I'd like to say thank you to the paramedics and the nurses and doctors were amazing.
"That was awful, to hear your child in pain was just horrendous but he's ok."
The mum-of-three added: "There's actually not much you can do for it.
"Apparently, it mends by itself but it's horrible when you're a mum and you just wish you could take every pain away from them."
Charlie's slip came just one day before Helen was set to take her daughter Matilda to Paris for a girls trip but still managed to make it to the French capital and also took Charlie.
The star shared a snap of her son alongside the Eiffel Tower as she praised him for being "amazing" and "so brave" just a matter of hours after suffering from the slip.
She later explained that despite promising Matilda for "months" that it would just be the pair of them, she couldn't leave Charlie so took him and a friend along with them.
