Former Coronation Street star Helen Flanagan shared a candid post with her followers during a "mad dash" to the shops.
The actress, who is best known for playing Rosie Webster in Coronation Street, shared an update to her Instagram story on Thursday. Helen, who is often honest about her body and her pregnancies, explained she has seen changes to her physique in recent months.
The mum-of-three is off to the National Television Awards, which will take place at the OVO Arena, Wembley, on Thursday evening.

Sharing an adorable snap of son Charlie, 19 months, sitting in a trolley. Text over the image read: "Mad dash this morning to get a mummy a bra for the NTAs. None of my bras fit me now Charlie has drained the life out of them".
She added: "I don't mind having smaller boobs, just wish they were more pet. Any other mums relate?"
Helen, who also has two daughters - Matilda and Delilah - to Preston North End F.C star, Scott Sinclair was recently praised for posting pictures and videos breastfeeding her son.
The 31-year-old posted a video on Instagram over the summer, breastfeeding Charlie, to mark World Breastfeeding Week and captioned it: "It is so important to me that I speak openly about my breastfeeding journey, in the hope to support other mums out there with the highs and lows of breastfeeding."
Her fans were quick to praise her in the comments, wit, @laurenibyinsta writing: "You're doing a fantastic job of raising the profile of breastfeeding and also sharing your journey."
