Helen Flanagan has shared a raw insight into her life as she confessed she "doesn't know what's wrong with her". The Corrie actress revealed a less glamorous aspect of her life as we prepare for her to return to our screens in I'm A Celebrity... South Africa next week.
The 32-year-old, who is mum to Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and Charlie, two, held her head in her hands as she shared some of the stress on her plate. "Broke down in my car last night with Charlie, so annoying," Helen vented as she shared a black and white snap of her sat in her car.
As she held onto her sweet son, Helen then filmed a video in a green hoodie, which she then shared on Instagram. "I don't know what's wrong with me," she confessed.

"I broke down yesterday because I had a flat tyre. Then I woke up this morning... I don't know what's wrong with me.
"I totally forgot, I was thinking 'let's go to nursery' and I was going to see my friend. But then I was like 'Helen, how could you forget? You broke down yesterday', so we're just waiting for a taxi."
The actress is said to have split from her Bristol Rovers ex Scott Sinclair in 2022, although it was rumoured that the couple had rekindled their romance in February after Helen was spotted rocking her engagement ring in Dubai, The Mirror reports. Whilst the couple are yet to comment on the speculation surrounding their relationship, Helen shared on Instagram yesterday, April 19, that she is not good at being by herself.
"I'm really bad at being on my own," she admitted. "I constantly have to have my friends with me or be with me kids. I just can't sit there with me and my own thoughts."
Helen will be joining Clifton Countdown whizz Carol Vorderman, boxer Amir Khan, and Princess Diana's former butler Paul Burrell in the "All Stars" edition of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!, which was filmed last year. Hopefully, she was able to take her mind off things, as filming took place shortly after her rumoured break up from Scott.
"It's going to be different," Helen said about her return to camp. "I was only 22 back then and I am 32 now.
"I have grown up a lot and I've had three children and I've gone through three labours! I won't not finish the trials because my mindset will be very different this time around.
"When I went in the jungle the first time, I didn't prepare at all. I didn't have a clue what I had let myself in for and I cried even when my phone got taken off me after landing in Australia.
"I want to make my children proud when I take part this time. I am determined to try harder in the trials.
"I am not saying I am going to go in and be a jungle warrior and be absolutely amazing because I will not. Yes, I will be scared but I will have a go and I will be a lot better than last time."
