"A Charlie bump pic that I never posed," she captioned the snap as she credited the photographer Jessica Raphael Photographer.

"Each time I feel little hands tugging at my shirt, a little voice calling out for me, I remember that I'm needed.

"I'm a mama and this is what I'm here for," her post read.

"The truth is every time my child needs to be held, kissed, wants to play, I need it too.

"My child helps pull me away from the chaos of life and helps remnd me to just live.

"I am needed. But I need them too."

Helen recently told how she would be 'sad' to stop breastfeeding Charlie, who she welcomed in March with her fiance Scott Sinclair, because he is likely to be her last child.

Helen suffered from Hyperemesis Gravidarum, an extreme form of morning sickness that causes severe nausea and vomiting, during all her pregnancies.

But with Charlie she said the disorder was 'really strong.'

In an honest Instagram post she typed: "I had Hyperemesis with all three pregnancies but with Charlie it was really strong so I wouldn’t want to be pregnant with having three young children that depend on me."

Helen, who also has daughters Matilda, six, and Delilah, three, is now coming to an end of her nursing journey with her son.

She wrote: "Charlie’s got quite a few teeth now and keeps nipping me with his teeth and sometimes biting while feeding.

"I feel like it’s naturally coming to more of an end with my nursing journey with Charlie.

"It feels like Charlie is my last so I want to make the most of the baby stage.

"I love feeding him but I do miss having a bit more time to myself also."
