Helen Flanagan looks 'unreal' in throwback bikini snap as she dreams of the beach

Helen Flanagan wowed as she shared a stunning throwback snap from a sun-soaked holiday. Like many of us, the Coronation Street favourite has been dreaming of sun, sand and sea.

While casting her mind back to warmer climes she posted a photo of herself on the sand in Dubai looking incredible in a glam red bikini. She wore her blonde tresses pulled back into a bun as she caught some rays on a sun lounger.

In the snap her one-year-old son Charlie, with her Preston North End footballer fiance Scott Sinclair, was fast asleep next to her in his Fendi pushchair. "Beach dreaming," she captioned the photo.

Mother-of-three Helen, 31, celebrated Charlie's first birthday and Scott's 33rd birthday with a sunshine trip with her boys to Dubai. Charlie was born on his dad's birthday, March 25, at the Royal Bolton Hospital.

Former I'm a Celebrity winner Vicky Pattison commented: "Wow." The Only Way Is Essex star Ferne McCann gasped: "You’re unreal" and _skincare.solutions_ said: "Wow look at you."

On the holiday the soap star, who played Rosie Webster in Corrie before going on maternity leave in 2018 to have her second child Delilah, three, reflected over a year of breastfeeding her son. She says Charliet is likely to be her last baby after she suffered Hyperemesis Gravidarum, an extreme form of morning sickness that causes severe nausea and vomiting, which she's had during all her pregnancies.

She wrote lovingly with a photo of herself feeding her son: "One year of feeding you my precious baby boy. I’m not too sure when our feeding journey will come to an end. I am thinking I will keep nursing through the summer. I think it’s a comfort to him with his teething... it’s great for flying to calm him."

She added: "I love breastfeeding as I like the bonding ( I know you can bond with your babies in lots of ways of course). I like that it’s just something that I can do and that my baby needs just me.

"He’s likely my last baby and I want to soak this all up. I feel quite emotional about stopping. My hormones are stable when I breastfeed and I love not having a period and pms. I love looking down and seeing his cute little face and big brown eyes. I think it calms me if I feel anxious."

Helen, who is regularly open and honest about motherhood on social media., recently revealed that she has been weaning her son off breastfeeding during the day. "Totally off my milk all through out the day and just having a feed before bed and when he wakes up a milky feed," she updated her Instagram followers. "Had to do it gradual for Charlie and also for me that I don’t get mastitis."

She continued: " I’ve not had any regular kind of childcare for Charlie since he’s been born so it’s been nice to have some this past week to sort just general life admin that I had to do that you just can’t do with a baby and because I’ve had a pair of hands he’s not been frustrated during the day not having my milk."

On Saturday (May 7) Helen, who also has a six-year-old daughter Matilda with Scott, shared adorable photos and video clips of the family together at Deepdale the home of Preston North End. The family posed together on the pitch with the children in mini football shirts with the word 'Daddy' on the back.
