Helen Flanagan has hailed one of her famous pals as 'sexy' as she named them as her inspiration to continue to pose in her bikinis for as along as possible. The former Coronation Street star is no stranger to wowing her followers as she poses up a storm in a selction of different swimwear.
But it also leaves Helen open to some nasty comment from trolls and mum shamers. The 32-year-old was targeted by mum-shamers earlier this week after sharing a snap shot into her morning as she got ready for her day while posing in her bra.
The mum-of-three ppeared to be getting ready for the day ahead as she unbuttoned her grey pyjama top to show off her lacy lingerie. Helen appeared to be posing in a gorgeous bathroom, which appeared to belong to The Alan in Manchester which she tagged, having sunk her morning coffee with an almost empty mug tightly in her hand.

Wearing matching grey pyjama shorts, Helen appeared fresh-faced with her blonde locks slicked back and tied into a bun. The string of snaps also saw Helen appear in some black glasses before she ended the post by pouting for the camera with her arm flung into the air as she got into a good mood to head into the new week.
"New week, new goals… Boss Babe vibes," she typed alongside the post which she shared with her one million followers. And the comments soon came flooding in for the star, who is famed for having played Rosie Webster in ITV's Corrie, but they weren't all positive.
But Helen, who is a doting mum to daughter Matilda, seven and Delilah, five, as well as two-year-old Charlie - who she shares with her ex-fiance Scott Sinclair - has revealed how she deals with hurtful comments.: "I see Instagram as therapy. Especially if you've had a tough day," she told The Sun.
"I like looking at people who are really honest about things like Ashley James. I think it's nice when people don't pretend everything is so perfect. I don't find it relatable as a woman or a mum.
"Trolls, I've always been used to them. I was on Coronation Street when I was really young, I've always been in the public eye. I did I'm a Celebrity when I was 21. So I'm used to people saying things. I don't let it affect me."
And as for her bikini displays, Helen is taking inspiratinf from Carol Vorderman. The former soap star and ex-Countdown star hit it off last year when they filmed I'm A Celebrity.. South Africa, the first-ever spin off of ITV reality show I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here.
"I hope to keep wearing my bikini into my 60s like Carol - she's fantastic," Helen added to the publication. "100 percent. I really hope I look like Carol. I'm obsessed with her."
In the interview with the Sun to launch NickWatch, Helen added: "I speak to Carol all the time. I really like Carol everything she stands for. She's a sexy woman, so clever and really empowering for women. I just love her. I really bonded with her really well on I'm A Celeb."
