Helen Flanagan has admitted she has struggled with 'mum guilt' in recent days.
The former Coronation Street star revealed she had shouted at her oldest daughter Matilda, six, because she keeps losing her glasses when she needs them.
The mum-of-three also felt guilty for arranging child care for youngest baby, one-year-old Charlie.
Sharing a fed-up looking selfie to her Instagram stories, Helen told her 1m followers: “I had mum guilt today over two things, I shouted at Matilda as she keeps losing her glasses all the time and needs them and I felt bad about that all day until I picked her up.
“Then I felt bad that I had child care for Charlie today even though I really needed it.”
The 31-year-old model, who is also mum to three-year-old Delilah, went on to share her new spring collection with high street retailer Dorothy Perkins. She posed for multiple snaps in pretty tea dresses.
Helen added: "These dresses are also breast feeding friendly."
The dedicated mum, who often opens up to her fans about motherhood, also shared a lengthy post about weaning baby Charlie off breastfeeding.
Helen said she was working to do it gradually and said she wanted to capture nice memories of nursing him, as it's likely he will be her last baby.
She wrote: "I have got childcare to help with it as I was feeling really stressed with it and felt like I needed that support and it’s okay to get a bit of help sometimes.
"All I’ve known really how to look after a baby is just to feed them as soon as they cry. I wanted to have some nice memories and pictures and videos of nursing my baby... it’s highly likely Charlie is my last baby."
The star added: "Stopping nursing can be quite emotional, there is no right or wrong, I just think happy mummy happy baby. I wanted to stop feeding as I just felt I wanted my body back to normal, I wanted more independence and I felt it was better for Charlie for his eating during the day. I suppose as mums all we can do is our best"
Meanwhile Helen, best known for her role as Rosie Webster in Corrie, hinted that she could be returning to the cobbles following maternity leave.
Uploading a bathroom selfie to Instagram, she said: "I did a bit of work today in Manchester was so lovely... so nice to feel like “Helen” for a bit and not mummy. Even though mummy is my favourite name".
One fan commented: "Time to do the Rosie thing again!!" while another replied: "PLEEEEAAAASE go back to Corrie!"
Helen got engaged to footballer Scott Sinclair, the father of her three children, in 2018 after nine years of dating.
