Heinz fans relish as new baked beans combo at Iceland is announced

Heinz have taken their baked beans game to a whole new level, announcing a brand-new product that some are calling 'unreal', which will be stocked at Iceland from next month.

It's a well known fact that Britons love the humble baked bean in tomato sauce, and will eat them with pretty much anything regardless of the time or day. From sausage and bean melts at Greggs for a quick lunch course, or slapping them on toast as a midnight snack - you name it, and Brits have probably experimented with adding beans to it.

And now, the geniuses at Heinz HQ have taken the UK's love for the cupboard staple one step further, by mixing them up with another signature cooked breakfast staple - the humble hash brown.

The Daily Record reports that while food combinations can be tricky to master - with Scarlett Moffatt favouring Scotch Eggs and Nutella - these two breakfast icons being combined sound mouth wateringly good. And what's more exciting is that the brand-new creation will be available to bag in Iceland's Food Warehouses as of next month.

The news of the new combo was announced on the popular foodie Instagram page Newsfoodsuk - with the comments section completely lighting up with eager triallers and testers who can't wait to wrap their lips around them. The caption for the post, read: "New Heinz Baked Beanz Filled Hash Browns!! These will be available early September at Iceland & The Food Warehouse!."

And the post quickly achieved viral status online, with over 6,000 likes and more than 1,000 comments from excited foodies in less than a day. "These look unreal", exclaimed one shopper, while another, wrote: "HOLY MOLY."

"Well we need to up our hash brown breakfast game!" commented another tagging their friends, while a fourth, added: "Yes. Yes. Yes." A fifth, also asked: "Is this what your dreams are made of?"
