'Heartbroken' Kris Jenner mourns loss of 'truly special' Stephen 'tWitch' Boss in tribute

Kris Jenner has shared an emotional tribute to Stephen 'tWitch' Boss, telling fans she is "heartbroken" following reports he has died at the age of 40.

Stephen, who starred on the Ellen Show, died from apparent suicide on Tuesday morning, it has been reported.

67-year-old Kris was left devastated after hearing the tragic news and took to Instagram to pay her respects to her dear friend.

Sharing a sweet picture of the DJ, Kris expressed her sorrow in the caption.

"My heart is heavy today. tWitch brought so much laughter and joy to so many people and I am so grateful and blessed to have had the time with him on the Ellen Show that I did.

"He was always so kind and amazing. Truly a special soul.

"I am heartbroken, and my heart goes out to his beautiful wife, Alison, and their children Weslie, Maddox and Zaia. I am praying for you all and sending my love," Kris wrote.

Her followers offered their condolences, with one person writing: "Heart broken. To whoever is reading this, the world is so much better with you in it. I love you."

Another added: "So sad May he rest in peace and sending blessings and prayers to his family."

"Absolutely gutted the poor family," a third person commented.

Stephen's colleague and dear friend Ellen DeGeneres also paid tribute to him on social media.

She posted a photo of herself and tWitch hugging on her Instagram page and wrote: " I'm heartbroken. tWitch was pure love and light. He was my family, and I loved him with all my heart. I will miss him.

"Please send your love and support to Allison and his beautiful children - Weslie, Maddox, and Zaia."

Ellen later vowed to "remember all the love" Stephen brought as she shared a video of her favourite moments with the star.

Sharing the throwback clip on Twitter, the talk show host wrote: "Right now what I want to do is remember all the love and laughter I had with tWitch.

"He brought so much joy to my life. I know he brought joy to yours too. I’m going to be sharing some of my favorite moments with him."

She encouraged fans to also post their memories and added: "#ILovetWitch."
