Plenty of reviews tell tales of wonderful evenings with friends and family for 'the best Spanish food had out of Spain'. It's no surprise that the announcement of closure had attracted hundreds of comments. One loyal customer told their story of how they met their now-husband there, writing: "This is so sad to read! Your restaurant is where my now husband took me on a date and asked me out, and the rest is history we love celebrating our anniversary here, the best tapas we've ever had."
Another family, who were regular customers, told Dos Amigos: "Oh no devastated ! Antonio, Jenny, Star and Santiago plus the other members of your team you have been part of our lives for the last 13 years. You’ve seen our girls grow up and you are definitely their favourite restaurant - not to mention ours. Even during lockdown you managed to serve us with delicious tapas and we were soooo grateful. We can’t believe that you’re leaving kirkstall- is there nowhere else you can rent locally ? We will definitely be in before you close. Very sad but wishing you all lots of luck for the future."
Dos Amigos offer delivery and can be booked out for private parties. In 2019, Dos Amigos won Trip Advisor's Certificate of Excellence.
