A horrifying video shows the moment a man was repeatedly attacked and pinned to a wall by a bull.
The villager was attending the 'bous al carrer' - a bull-running event- in Borboto, a town in Valencia, eastern Spain.
Video emerged showing the black bull rampaging down the street when a few locals try to run past the beast.
A young man in blue top manages to escape as he sprints to safety to the corner.
However, the second man, who is seen wearing a white top and black pants, falls to the ground when the bull charges at him.
The powerful animal pushes him towards a wall and lifts him midair as shocked festival-goers watch on.
A woman can be seen calling for help while another man takes off his shirt and waves it in a bid to draw the bull's attention.
It is said they managed to distract the bull with a red flag.
Local reports said the man, named Paco PR, is from Manises in the Valencia region.
He was taken to hospital with at least six horn-inflicted wounds.
According to the event organiser, Paco was not in a life-threatening situation and is recovering from his injuries.
They added that he is a regular participant at the bull running event.
