Another day, another new take on Wordle.
This time? It’s Heardle, which is all about guessing music.
Here’s how it works: You have six guesses to nail an audio clue from a song. The clue is one second long to start. If you miss it, you get another second of the intro revealed and so on. You do get a little assistance from the game in that it auto-fills the songs it could possibly be as you type.
I will not reveal Friday’s Heardle, but it’s a very popular song by a very popular artist and it was a surprisingly tough game. Others agreed:
