The new TFI Live App officially replaced the Dublin Bus real-time app last month.
It provides commuters with access to real time departure and journey planning information across the Transport for Ireland network.
Some key features of the app include finding the best route and real time information for your journey across Bus Eireann, Dublin Bus, Go Ahead Ireland, Luas and Irish Rail services. You can also search for timetables and maps and save your favourite journeys, departures and timetables.
However, the app has been criticised by users and is currently rated only 1.5 stars on Google Play. One user reviewed: "Terrible. Nearly always incorrect information. Several times it has said no bus due for about 30 mins so I start walking and then 10 mins later one comes.

"Thought it was supposed to be more accurate but it's worse than the last app. The last one was pretty decent so I don't know what they changed to make it less reliable."
Another wrote: "Not an intuitive app to use, UX poorly considered. Great to have all information in one app, but missing important features from other apps."
There are some users who have been left impressed. One wrote: "So far so good. An improved (user interface) over the old Real Time Ireland app makes it more intuitive and easier to navigate."
