Timothée Chalamet, Kylie Jenner and Harry Styles are all rumoured to have attended legendary Berlin nightclub Berghain within the last month, according to sources who spotted the celebs inside the club.
Berghain is well known as one of the hardest clubs to get into in the world, with hundreds of revellers turned away at the door without reason each night.
And that’s not in an A-list, velvet rope way. Berghain’s bouncers are egalitarian in their strict, unspoken entry policy, only allowing clubbers to enter if they view them to be dressed correctly and behaving correctly. Buying your way in isn’t an option — just ask Elon Musk, who was rejected from the club in 2022.
This is what makes the presence of Chalamet, Jenner and Styles at the club (in relatively quick succession) so surprising.
Lovebirds Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner are said to have paid a visit around Valentine’s Day, when Chalamet was in the city promoting A Complete Unknown at the Berlinale Film Festival.
Meanwhile, Harry Styles, who has been keeping a low profile since the culmination of his mega Love On Tour performances, was spotted in the club in late January.

This comes as fans spotted the Watermelon Sugar singer around various locations in Berlin, including the city’s Rosenthaler Platz neighbourhood and the gym at Soho House Berlin. Online gossip monger DeuxMoi spoke to one clubber who spotted Styles in Berghain. “Everybody left him alone because no one cares in Berlin,” they said.
This is hardly the first time a celebrity has attended Berghain. Lady Gaga hosted a special performance of her Artpop album within its hall, Halle am Berghain, in 2013, The Matrix creators Lana and Lilly Wachowskis are known patrons and Clare Danes spoke fondly of her experience attending the club while living in Berlin for the filming of Homeland in 2015.
According to the regulars that linger on the Berghain subreddit, Lana Del Rey, A$AP Rocky, Frank Ocean, FKA Twigs and Matt Smith have also visited. Britney Spears was rumoured to have been rejected in the 2000s. But, in general, celebrity ties to Berghain are relatively unknown.

This may be because of its highly successful (and highly serious) privacy rules, which demand that stickers be placed over the phone cameras of all attendees, or because Berghain lacks the glitz and glamour that would appeal to your typical A-lister.
Far from having valet service, Berghain has a resident “Piss Goblin” that spends time beneath the men’s urinals and asks for your urine by saying “bitte, bitte, bitte”. That’s definitely not the kind of Please, Please, Please that Sabrina Carpenter was singing about.
So, could Berghain be going A-list? Our sources say no. More likely, it is a confluence of coincidences. Jenner appears to have gained a newfound interest in the city since collaborating with avant-garde Berlin brand Namilia for her clothing collection Khy back in 2024. Styles has been using it as his new European hideout, apparently bored of the usual Rome bolthole he used during the Coronavirus pandemic in 2020. And with the Berlinale Film Festival last month, the city was unusually star-studded, making the Berghain celeb-spotting a little less surprising.
Between the piss goblin, total lack of photo opportunities and Spears and Musk’s rejections solidifying the institution’s un-circumventable entry standards, it doesn’t look like Berghain is becoming the next Sushi Park any time soon. Keep calm, Berliners. You’re all good.
