Harry Styles shows off shaved head in promo shot as fans divided over star's new look

Undeniable proof of Harry Styles's new shaved haircut - which has fans divided - has been posted on Instagram by his brand Pleasing.

Rumours have been swirling about the British pop singer's new look since grainy photos emerged of him at a U2 concert in Las Vegas with his girlfriend, Canadian actress Taylor Russell, 29.

Gossip site DeuxMoi was among the first to share an image of the dramatic change last weekend.

A fan of Harry's reportedly asked his mother in an IKEA store to confirm if her son had really shaved his head, to which she replied: "It’s because he’s on holiday, he fancied a change."

But full confirmation came on Wednesday when Pleasing shared a photo of "our founder, Harry Styles", as he toasted the launch of his new fragrances line with friends in London on Monday evening.

Harry posed for the camera as he sported a brown and white sweater - one of his new knit sweaters that have been launched alongside the fragrances.

Fans continue to appear divided over the buzz cut, with some in awe and others desperate to see his luscious brown locks back.

"I think he’s gorgeous as always and this new look really makes his eyes pop," one person wrote.

Another said: "Everyone’s mad about the curls and they will be missed but I am LIVING for this new look, this man seriously can pull off anything."

Some were not impressed, with one Instagram user writing: "He’s not Harry styled anymore."

Harry is releasing three scents as part of the fragrances launch, named Bright, Hot, Closeness, and Rivulets.

They were described as "sophisticated yet feel correct for Styles's easygoing vibe" by Vogue, who said the scents were created with the help of Jérôme Epinette, "the nose behind wonders like Byredo's Sundazed and Slow Dance and Off White’s Solution No. 2 and No. 4".

The singer's fragrance collection will be followed by a drop of knit sweaters which will available to shop on December 1 on Pleasing's website.
