Fans of Harry Styles are demanding the superstar puts on a second Glasgow date after tickets for his Ibrox concert sold out in minutes this morning.
Briefs for the postponed 2020 Love On Tour went on general sale at 9am, however fans of the Former One Direction singer reported the concert had sold out as soon as 9.02am.
Despite the capacity at Ibrox Stadium being over 50,000, the venue isn't big enough to accommodate all those who want see Harry in action when he comes to town on Saturday, June 11, the first date of his mammoth 32-city world tour.
Replying to a Tweet that went out from Harry Styles account at 9.02am this morning, one user responded just 17 minutes later to say: "You need to add a new Glasgow date on. It sold out so fast."
Another added: "How has Harry Styles Glasgow sold out already?"
A further Tweet posted within minutes of tickets going on sale read: "Harry Styles has sold out Glasgow and there is no second date."
At this stage it remains to be seen whether the The Watermelon Sugar singer would be able to accommodate a second show in our city this summer. With it being the first date on the tour, there may be scope for another gig before the June 11 date, while Harry's second concert is not until four days later, in Manchester, where he is performing on two separate days, on Wednesday and Thursday, June 15 and 16.
Styles, 27, postponed his entire tour in late 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic as restrictions on travelling and crowds tightened across the globe.
Those who had tickets for the originally scheduled 2020 UK Arena tour dates were refunded and received an exclusive access pre-sale ahead of today's general sale to ensure priority access to the Ibrox concert.
