Harry Styles was forced to stop his show after a concertgoer threw a bottle at his groin.
Viral video footage shows the moment the As It Was hit maker bent over in pain after the water bottle was launched at the singing superstar.
"That was unfortunate," said Harry, 28, as he's seen 'shaking off' the pain before continuing his show at the United Centre in Chicago.
He was talking to fans moments before the incident and had to briefly pause the show while he recovered from the awkward blow.
Showing signs of discomfort, Harry can be seen saying breathing in and out before saying: "Ok, shake it off, we're all good."
Making light of the ordeal, the Watermelon Sugar singer then showed off his High voice, joking he would speak in a squeaky voice for 'the rest of the show'.
This isn't the first time Harry has been hit by something thrown at him on stage.
It was only in August earlier this year that fans in New York thew chicken nuggets at the former One Direction band member during his Love on Tour show.
The incident comes after he broke history by landing the biggest-selling single and album of the year thanks to his hit track, As It Was, and his third studio album, Harry's House.
As it Was – the lead track from Harry’s third solo album Harry’s House – spent 10 weeks atop the Official Singles Chart earlier this year.
With over 1.3 million combined chart units so far, driven by 149.6 million streams, As It Was boasts the accolade of the being most-streamed track of the year so far, too.
The single is also the most physically purchased (12,000 units) and digitally downloaded (47,000 units) song of the year-to-date in the UK.
It was also the longest-running Number 1 of 2022 to date.
Harry’s House has amassed 370,000 chart units since its release in May.
No other release this year has also sold more copies on physical formats (117,600 units).
Fans of Harry will get the chance to watch his latest film, My Policeman (2022) on Prime Video just weeks after it lands in cinemas on October 21.
Produced by Amazon Studios, the queer period drama stars Styles, 28, as Police Constable Tom Burgess in 1950s Brighton navigating a love triangle involving his wife (Emma Corrin) and a local museum curator (David Dawson).
