Harry Potter star Bonnie Wright has announced the she has given birth to her first child with husband Andrew Lococo.
The 32-year-old actress, who played Ginny Weasley in the hit wizarding film franchise, said she and her other half were “so in love” after welcoming a baby boy.
Taking to social media, Wright gave fans a glimpse of the newborn and shared his unique name.
“Say hello to Elio Ocean Wright Lococo born at home on Tuesday 19th September,” she wrote on Instagram alongside an image of little Elio wrapped up warm asleep in a blanket.
“We’re all healthy and happy. Andrew and I are so in love with our sun!” the caption continued.
“So grateful for our birth team that have held our hands throughout and made the journey so joyous and expanding. Birth is the wildest experience!”
After thanking her team of midwives, Wright went on to give special mention to Lococo, who she described as her “rock”.
She penned: “Lastly thanks to Andrew my rock throughout birth quite literally as I squeezed onto you so tight and you never wavered. Elio has the most tender loving papa. Ok hormonal emotional extra long caption over!”
Wright first confirmed that she and Lococo, whom she wed in March 2022, were expecting in a social media post in April.
Sharing an image of her cradling her blossoming baby bump, Wright said that she “couldn’t wait to meet” their baby later this year.
