Harry Maguire is focused on staying at Manchester United amid speculation Chelsea are interested in signing him.
Sources have said Chelsea do not see Maguire as a realistic target as they prioritise a deal for Leicester centre-back Wesley Fofana ahead of next week's transfer deadline.
Maguire, 29, was dropped by United manager Erik ten Hag for the win over Liverpool on Monday night, five days after the Manchester Evening News revealed he was giving serious consideration to naming the England international on the bench.

Despite the setback, Maguire is understood to have accepted Ten Hag's decision and is grateful for the respect the Dutchman has shown him by retaining him as captain, having skippered the club under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, caretaker manager Michael Carrick and interim manager Ralf Rangnick.
Sources have reiterated Maguire feels honoured to be at United and loves playing for the club that he joined three years ago.
In a season where United could play more than 60 games, Maguire is believed to be relaxed about his role in the squad and his status as an England starter ahead of the World Cup, which starts in November.
Maguire has started in 102 of United's 118 Premier League matches since he arrived at the club from Leicester for £80million in 2019 and missed nine of those fixtures through injury or suspension.
The England international was one of four players dropped for the Liverpool win, along with Luke Shaw, Fred and Cristiano Ronaldo named as substitutes.
United are eager to trim their central defensive department, with Eric Bailly set to join Marseille on a season-long loan. Phil Jones and Axel Tuanzebe missed the entirety of pre-season through injury and would have to prove their fitness if they are to have any chance of securing a transfer before next Thursday's 11pm deadline.
Victor Lindelof has missed the first three games through injury.
