Jamie Redknapp has told Harry Kane to “push” for a move to Manchester United, whilst tearing into “shambles” Tottenham.
The north London club have endured an awful campaign this term, with Europa Conference League football the best that they can hope for at the end of the season. Antonio Conte, Cristian Stellini and Ryan Mason have all been in charge at some point, but to no avail.
Despite Spurs’ struggles this term, Kane has still enjoyed another eye-catching campaign from a personal view. The England captain became the club’s all-time top scorer and has 30 goals to his name in all competitions.
Had it not been for Man City sensation Erling Haaland, Kane would likely have been celebrating yet another Premier League golden boot. His form continues to garner admiring glances.
Man United have been strongly linked, with Erik ten Hag keen to add a big-name forward to his squad this summer. Redknapp has now urged the striker to ask for a move sooner rather than later.
Speaking to Sky Sports, the former Spurs midfielder said: “It's the facts, it feels Spurs are a shambles, if you are Harry Kane with one year to go this is the time to leave he has to push now.

“(Manchester) United they might get someone, he missed Man City a few years ago, right now he needs to push with one year on contract to go somewhere.”
He added: “Tottenham are like a social experiment of how far you can push your fans before they completely lose it. They need to do something, no one wants to lose Harry Kane, he has been incredible but deserves better.”
Kane could potentially make his final appearance for Spurs this weekend. They take on Leeds on the final day of the campaign at Elland Road.
Ahead of that match, Kane has remained tight-lipped on his future and is only thinking about rounding off the current campaign on a positive. He said: “I've said all along I'm focused on this season and trying to help the team as much as possible. That's all I can do.
“There's a big summer ahead and a lot that needs to change here to start being successful again.
“Ultimately my focus now is to enjoy this last week as much as possible and try to finish with a win [at Leeds United] on Sunday.”
Away from United, a number of other clubs have been linked with a move for Kane this summer. German giants Bayern Munich are reportedly interested as they aim to bolster their attack.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid have also been linked over recent days with reports in Spain suggesting that a swap deal could be on the cards, with Eden Hazard going the other way.
