Just when the January transfer window looked a quiet one, deadline day sparked some deals at Tottenham. Fabio Paratici brought in Rodrigo Bentancur and Dejan Kulusevski from Juventus and the duo have made an immediate positive impact.
Bentancur has already featured in 11 Premier League games, making ten starts. The Swede has played in 12 league games, scoring three goals and registering six assists.
The former Juventus duo have both made an impact all over the pitch and have been well received by their new teammates and the Spurs fans. Antonio Conte's side currently sit fourth in the Premier League table, with just six games to go.

Former Spurs legend Gary Mabbutt was at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for Saturday's 1-0 defeat to Brighton. However, ahead of the game, the 60-year-old was asked what he thought the Lilywhites' recent good form was down to and why everything had seemed to click.
"I think what's been fantastic is the two new signings that we've brought in. I feel that Kulu and Bentancur, every time they get the ball now we're looking at things happen, not just from Harry or Sonny," Mabbutt admitted on N17 Live.
"We have a thing within our team at the moment that everyone now wants to play the football that we've wanted to see this whole season. We're not playing as individuals, we're playing far more like a team that want to win together."
Before the clash against Graham Potter's side, Spurs had ended their inconsistent trend and went into the match on the back of four wins. However, a lacklustre display from a number of Conte's players left his side leaving their home ground without any points.
Bentancur has shown his composure in the middle of the field, playing mostly alongside Pierre Emile Hojbjerg. Kulusevski has produced some smooth linkups with Son Heung-min and Harry Kane in the front three, helping to create and execute goals.
Kane has also been full of praise for the January arrivals, which also featured in the N17 Live stream, before kick-off on Saturday. "Full credit to them," he said.
"They've come in and settled in really well. It's not easy to come into the Premier League and start playing straight off the bat and put in big performances like they've done.
"Rodri and Deki [Kulusevski] have come in and shown a real maturity about how they play and settled in really well. They're still young, still learning, but I feel like they have that appetite to improve and that's what we need.
"Full credit to them and hopefully they can finish the season strong, as well as the team," the England captain added. The duo are the types of players that both Conte and the rest of the Tottenham team need, to help them strengthen and improve.
In an interview with Canal+ ahead of the fixture, the Spurs striker went into more detail about the 21-year-old, both on and off the pitch. "I've been really impressed with Deki," Kane admitted.
"Fantastic player, fantastic person, really wants to work hard. He's helped the team massively with, obviously, his goals and assists but also his hard work as well, defending. Hopefully, he keeps working hard and keep improving and can be a top, top player."
Despite some speculation, Paratici's January window business has proven a success so far. Four players were also sent out before the deadline, with three returning in the summer.
The looming transfer window once the season comes to an end will be a very important one for Tottenham, which will be massively helped if Conte's side can secure a Champions League spot.
Not only will the prospect of Champions League football help attract players during the next window, it is also likely to encourage the likes of Kane and Conte to remain at the club. Spurs now have to focus on finishing the season in the strongest position possible and will hope the new arrivals can continue to help their new side secure a spot in the top four.
