Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s upcoming docu-series, set to air on Netflix, was due to be pushed back after widespread backlash over series five of The Crown.
In line with the negative feedback for the dramatised series, the couple’s own project got thrown into the firing line with producers becoming wary over whether or not to postpone its launch.
Despite this, it has been reported the docu-series will actually hit screens as soon as next month.

Series five of The Crown sparked a strong reaction from people who claimed it didn't make clear enough that events were dramatised for the Netflix show, and many opposed some of the topics covered involving the Royal Family.
Harry and Meghan's show was rumoured to have been pushed back to 2023 in light of this, but there is reason to believe the show will hit screens next month.
It was recently reported by Deadline that Netflix bosses had become "rattled" by the strong opposition to the series and therefore planned to hold back the fly-on-the-wall show until next year.
However, it is now rumoured that the show will not be delayed and will be launched in December in time for the Christmas viewing season.
An insider seemingly said: "As far as I am aware, the docuseries is still going ahead later this year."
Meanwhile, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are said to have fallen out with the original director of their series with Netflix, according to a new claim.
Page Six reports that the couple had a falling out "over the vision of the project" after originally hiring Garrett Bradley - who directed the critically acclaimed Netflix series “Naomi Osaka” - to direct their highly anticipated show.
Sources told Page Six that both sides could not agree on the tone of the new series, with one industry insider saying: “Garrett wanted Harry and Meghan to film at home and they were not comfortable doing that.
“There were a few sticky moments between them, and Garrett left the project. Harry and Meghan’s own production company captured as much footage as they could before Liz Garbus was hired.”
An exact date for the show’s premiere has not been revealed as of yet, but some are coining mid-December for the big reveal.
