Meghan Markle made a Merseyside blunder in her Netflix documentary series.
Volume two of Meghan & Harry landed on the streaming platform last night. The six part series promises to document the couple's story in their own words.
The show explores "the clandestine days of their early courtship and the challenges that led to them feeling forced to step back from their full-time roles in the institution." In the latest batch of episodes, the Duchess of Sussex refers to an exchange she had during a "walkabout in Liverpool".

However, the backdrop of the footage features the married couple walking through Hamilton Square in Birkenhead.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were invited to Wirral by MP Frank Field in January 2019 and visited local projects and organisations that support and empower groups within the community. Hundreds gathered to catch a glimpse of the couple as they toured the area.
Harry and Meghan also viewed a new sculpture erected to mark the 100th anniversary of Wilfred Owen’s death. Wirral is included in the Liverpool City Region so the mistake is commonly made by people from outside the area.
