Netflix has released the latest trailer for Harry & Meghan, a docu-series from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex that looks set to cause a stir across the globe. The show will launch on Thursday, December 8th.
The six-part show is being billed as an “ unprecedented and in-depth documentary series ”. The first three episodes will be available at launch, with the second three dropping a week later.
Netflix says that the show will see the Duke and Duchess share the “other side of their high-profile love story”. Its release follows an explosive interview the couple did with Oprah Winfrey last year.
The Duke of Sussex is also set to release a tell-all memoir on the subject. The book, called Spare in reference to the idiom “the heir and a spare”, will be released in January.
When will Harry & Meghan be released?
The first three episodes will be released worldwide on Netflix on December 8th. The first three episodes will be available to watch from 8.01 am in the UK.
The second part, which includes the final three episodes, will be released on December 15th. Similar to the first, it is likely that it will be available from 8 am in the UK.
Is there a trailer for Harry & Meghan ?
The first trailer for Harry & Meghan was released on December 1. It included an array of romantic photos of the couple paired with the Duke’s voiceover.
“No one knows what’s happening behind closed doors,” Harry is heard saying. “I had to do everything I could to protect my family.”
In the second trailer, the couple indicate that the media was supportive until they were married, at which point things changed. “And then [snaps fingers],” says Meghan. “Everything changed,” adds Harry.
“There’s a hierarchy in the family,” he continues. “You know, there’s leaking, but there’s also planting of stories.” Towards the end of the trailer, the Duke says: “No one knows the full truth. We know the full truth.”
