Disturbing CCTV footage captures the heartbreaking moment a schoolboy was forced to sit alone in his room and stare at the wall by his evil mum and stepdad.
The clip tragically reflects just a small snapshot of relentless torture and psychological abuse Sebastian Kalinowski suffered before his tragic death. The 15-year-old had been subjected to violent physical assaults, forced to carry out exercises and sit in front of a wardrobe for hours at a time in the months leading up to his murder, Yorkshire Live reports.
The abuse came at the hands of his cruel mum, Agnieszka Kalinowska, and stepdad, Andrezj Latoszews, who were yesterday (Thursday) jailed for life with a minimum term of 39 years for his murder. They were found guilty after a six-week trial at Leeds Crown Court earlier this year.

Jurors heard how the abuse started in January 2021 and continued until Sebastian's death on August 13 that year. Much of it was filmed and jurors were forced to watch hours of the footage as Kalinowska and Latoszewski lied and denied their crimes - telling the court it was punishment for him not completing his homework.
The footage captured Sebastian being hit, kicked, stamped on and kneed. Yesterday, some of the footage captured from inside his home was released by West Yorkshire Police.
It shows Sebastian walking over to a stool in his bedroom before tentatively sitting down and staring at the wall. Once sat down Sebastian clasps his hands together and does not move, only tilting his head.
On August 13, Sebastian was found seriously injured at his home in Leeds Road, Huddersfield. As Kalinowska was jailed for his murder and for cruelty to a child yesterday, The Honourable Mrs Justice Lambert told her: "You just did not care about Sebastian, you were only interested in yourself."
She branded Latoszewski a 'bully'. She said: "Like all bullies, unable to maintain respect in another way you sought to intimidate Sebastian who was weaker than you and in Sebastian you found a way."
Addressing both, Mrs Justice Lambert said: "Anyone who has watched even part of the CCTV footage can only be utterly horrified by what they saw and bewildered why anyone would behave this way to a teenage boy. It begs the question why anyone would behave in this way? This is a question I have myself."
Speaking outside Leeds Crown Court after the sentencing, Detective Chief Inspector Tony Nicholson told reporters: "Sebastian was a boy sent by his father in Poland to the UK for him to build a better life. To say Agnieszka Kalinowska and Andrejz Latoszewski failed in their duty of care towards Sebastian is a spectacular understatement.
"He was only with us in the UK for a matter of months. Those months incorporated a whole host of physical and psychological abuse. Assaulted repeatedly, severely, with weapons.
"Made to sit for hours in his room staring at nothing but the wall. Used as a slave for domestic chores both inside and outside the house. Sebastian was utterly alone, isolated and completely vulnerable."
He said Sebastian's case was the 'most harrowing, tragic and heartbreaking' he has ever had to deal with in his 29 years as a police officer.
