Youngsters at Hardgate, Lochrutton and Springholm Primaries enjoyed a number of different activities for Scottish Rugby Schools Week.
One of the highlights was Stewartry RFC coach David Thompson visiting Springholm to deliver some rugby sessions.
He oversaw a session to each of the classes and the children thoroughly enjoyed it as they were kept active and learned some great rugby skills – from the basics up to a game of tag rugby with the P6/7s.
Primary school children usually train at the club most Sundays from 10am with full details at www.stewartryrugby.co.uk
