Happy Valley fans have had admitted to having confused feelings about vile psychopath Tommy Lee Royce in the hit BBC One drama, and they were left feeling hot under the collar as actor James Norton shared snaps from a new photoshoot.
James, 37, has been terrifying viewers as Tommy ever since he was introduced in series one back in 2014. This weekend will see the final ever episode of the Calder Valley-based crime series, and James has been jokingly accused of "teasing" fans with snaps of himself looking sharp and a world away from his evil character.
Tommy, who escaped from court while serving time in prison for multiple murders, has been dubbed by viewers as the "sexiest psychopath" on TV, and the flame emojis came pouring in as James shared a selection of snaps. He looked sharp in a green vevet suit, a pink suit, and a brown velvet suit and he also struck poses in a pink cardigan and a black and white check patterned jumper.

He looked a world away from Tommy in his blue hoodie in a trailer shared by the BBC for the finale. The trailer shows officers charging out of the police station, Tommy with a bloodied face appearing to be kicking something, or someone, in a field, and Tommy creeping around in Catherine's house.
The trailer ends with a shot of heroic Sergeant Catherine Cawood, played by Sarah Lancashire, in tears. She can be heard saying: "He's still out there. He's going to be angry and he's going to be even more desperate and dangerous."
mrscrewes commented about the pictures: "Chiselled by the gods!!" sarahmarbella replied: "Now then, how do." And elizabeth.bute exclaimed: "I’ll just wallpaper my walls with these shall I."
crochetwithmaude said: "Our next Bond." isolationexpert wrote: "Overwhelmingly handsome." And katrinasteph10 gasped: "Omg, teasing us until Sunday."
